Helpful, friendly... not rushed

''I wanted to have the surgery closer to home, but I was not impressed with the Doctor or her office staff.  She wanted to do the face lift and the eyes separately, and I didn't like that.  I also heard something about her that I didn't like…I like a doctor who is friendly and gives me time to ask questions and not feel rushed.  I like the office staff to be helpful and most of all, friendly.  The doctor and his staff fit all these qualifications.''
