" The Dr. and staff make me feel [relaxed] when I am in there. I was very nervous,and was made to feel relaxed, but also ok about being nervous. I was not made to feel that any question or fear was inappropriate. I also felt that everyone was very knowledgeable. Everything was handled well!"
