Care the staff shows makes me feel like a close friend

Upon my own evaluation, I felt like all of my questions had been answered...Both before and after surgery, I was able to call or email my concerns, and received immediate answers; that made me feel very cared for. The flowers in my room at the hospital and the care the staff shows, makes me feel more like a close friend than a stranger.''
